Shipping Method: We offer standard shipping for gift cards. This includes first-class mail or a similar postal service, which may vary depending on the destination.
Processing Time: Gift card orders will be processed within 5 business days of your purchase. This processing time allows us to verify the order and prepare the gift card for mailing.
Delivery Time: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Within the United States: 7 to 12 business days from the day item was shipped. We only ship within the Contiguous United States (not because we are jerks, but because we only have a car wash in Michigan.)
Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Fees
Within the United States: Standard shipping is available at a flat fee of $5.00 for each gift card order.
4. Shipping Address
Recipient Address: It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide a correct and complete shipping address for the gift card recipient. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected shipments due to incorrect address information provided during the ordering process.
5. Tracking and Confirmation
Tracking: We do not provide tracking numbers for standard shipping unless specifically requested at an additional cost. If you would like tracking for your gift card order, please contact our customer support team.
Delivery Confirmation: We do not provide delivery confirmation services for standard shipping. If you require delivery confirmation, please choose a shipping method that includes this service.

Lost Shipments: In the event of a lost shipment, please contact our customer support team. We will investigate the matter and, if the shipment is confirmed as lost, we may provide a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
